Forest Management Contracts

Forest management contracts are contracts tailored to suit the landowners management requirements.

These contracts are normally entered into when the plantation has passed the maintenance grant at four years.

Site visits and cost are tailored to suit the landowners requirements, for example an investor may have purchased some land a good distance away and they may require a number of site visits to monitor for animal or human tresspass, alternatively a landowner may live beside a plantation and be able to monitor the plantation themselves.

Every management contract entered into will receive a minimum of one site visit and annual detailed management report.
